When purchasing & completing an order KISHAS HIDDEN COVERAGE LLC (khckish Shopify link) - By Clicking "I Agree To Terms & Conditions'' at checkout. Buyer agrees, they accept, understand, have read and are in agreement to the policy listed, which includes restock fees, final sale items, return policy, sales restrictions,collections descriptions/restrictions, return time frames which is 7 days upon receiving!
ALL MADE TO ORDER TEES or SWEETSHIRTS (KISHAS HIDDEN COVERAGE LLC) (KHCKISH) ARE FINAL SALE. All Holiday, Preorder or Sale ITEMS are FINAL SALE! NO returns on Jewerly, accessories or Sale Items which is Final Sales.
Sales
- Please read the following: Once an item is "purchased" no refund will be issued , only store credit, even if the item or items have not shipped.

Buyer is responsible to make sure codes are applied, sizing & addresses are correct before completing purchase - once order is complete we are unable to edit/cancel. This includes, emails and addresses. Make sure you have access to the email you use on order, we cannot send emails to another account.
To be eligible for a return for STORE CREDIT, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. STORE CREDIT will then be issued within 14 business days once received back and if the return is accepted! Items will only be accepted with tags on, non washed or worn. If received & item has been washed or worn it will not be accepted. Items returned, are returned at buyer's cost (if “refused” or returned to sender a $10 shipping fee is deducted due to us being charged). Items must be returned in condition that it was purchased in, if the item is damaged the buyer is responsible.
Clothing can be returned within 7 Days of Receiving your purchase! If inspected and Accepted please allow up to 14 days for Store Credit to be issued!

Please include your packing slip with your return. When returning an item with your packing slip, please mark the items you're returning and include the reason for return. If you no longer have your packing slip, please include a note with the following information:
Name, E-Mail, Order Number, Item(s) Description, Reason for Return. If you do not include one of these with your return, it will delay the process.
Damages and issues
We inspect each individual piece before shipping but sometimes mistakes happen! Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
- The exact colors of merchandise may vary due to photography lenses, indoor/outdoor lighting, and computer monitor resolutions. These situations do not qualify as defects!
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like sale items, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items including KHC KISH Tees/sweatshirts), Jewelry/accessories, Preorders and personal care goods. We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, KISHAS HIDDEN COVERAGE LLC cannot accept returns on sale items, jewelry, accessories, gift cards, or Final Sales!
NO EXCHANGES:
- Inventory flows fast, and items may not be in stock for exchange. If you want a different size please purchase as it will not be held. We will not refund the initial purchase; it will be treated as a return.
- NO REFUNDS - WE ONLY DO STORE CREDIT ON ELIGIBLE ITEMS ONCE YOU COMPLETE YOUR ORDER!
- Store credits cannot cover shipping & can only be used online.
- Credits cannot mix with any other codes, because they are a code themselves.
