Shipping policy

 

  • Our Processing time is up to 5 Business days for shipping in stock items! Warehouse orders may be shipped separately from in stock orders and can take 5-10 Business Days! Don’t be alarmed if you receive partial of your order! That means it has been shipped in separate packages due to instock and warehouse being separate locations! So please allow time for your other package to be recieved! Tracking info will be provided from both locations!  Preorder items will be updated via website and shipped in order they was received!
  • Business days/hours are 8am-4pm EST (Tuesday and Thursday).
  • Unfortunately at this time we do not ship Internationally (Only ship within US)  but we will be looking into it for near future! 
  • EST (Eastern Standard Time) orders placed after 4pm on business days are considered ordered the next day.
  • We do not accept special request on orders. They ship as they are placed.
  • Once an item leaves our store we are not responsible for it.
  •  If orders are placed separate, shipping costs will not be refunded. (due to cost incurred and shipping increase )
  •  Check and double check your address. We cannot change the address once an order is complete. If the package is sent back it'll be at buyer cost to ship again & all other cost incurred due to wrong address.
  • We are not responsible for lost items. Contact USPS! 

     

  • KISHAS HIDDEN COVERAGE LLC is NOT responsible for lost items:  Delays with any Mailing, USPS or UPS shipping, Lost, damaged, or marked delivered items. To file a claim with the carrier, please click the following links:

      • If your tracking shows "delivered" and you have not received your package, KISHAS HIDDEN COVERAGE LLC IS NOT responsible. This issue must be resolved with the United States Postal Service or your local law enforcement.
